Hey, I’m Hartley, a visual artist from Perth, Western Australia. Best known for my large-scale public and commercial murals, my style is characterised by bold illustrations, dynamic compositions, and vibrant colour palettes, creating a distinctive fusion of contemporary and pop art. Drawing inspiration from things like graffiti, sign writing, skateboarding and pop culture, my work is visually striking and imbued with a sense of nostalgia.

Growing up, I spent my time tracing comics and admiring artwork on skateboards and in magazines — passions that continue to inspire my career today. With 15 years of experience as a graphic designer, I've honed my skills in design, illustration, and creative direction, bringing a unique and versatile perspective to my work.

I love working with brands and venues to communicate meaningful messages through considerately designed and composed artworks, which engage with their audience/viewer. Murals not only add aesthetic value, but also energize the spaces they inhabit, making them engaging and visually appealing to a wide audience.
